One of the questions we are asked a lot is will my insurance cover this? Since there are so many different plans and coverage options available, we are not able to give you a definite answer. When you arrive at your appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we should be able to estimate what your insurance will cover.
At Evergreen Park Spine & Injury Center, P.C., we currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Medicare for chiropractic services.
